Our Responsibilities to Buyer
Communication
Our dedicated Account Manager/Merchandiser will assist you always to update daily production report, sampling report along with other common practices of order execution.
PRICE QUOTATION
Price Quotation within 24 Hours Based on Original Sample/Picture or Technical File with measurement specs…
SAMPLING
Counter/Development Samples in closer color & actual quality within 3-4 days.
QUALITY INSPECTION
Quality Inspection report (in line/final) will be forwarded to Buyer within 24 Hours after inspection.
Lab dip & Color
Lab dip submission within 3-4 days by local materials. within 7-10 days by overseas materials.
SHIPMENT/ LOGISTICS
Shipment/Logistics department keep in touch with Customers Import/logistics department for booking on time & other logistics purposes.
